WELCOME TO TWOFOUR54’S COMMUNITY HUB COWORKING SPACE.

Our new home, Yas Creative Hub, is one of the first purpose-built co-working development for media, entertainment, and gaming in the region. It is home to professionals, start-ups, freelancers, and entrepreneurs taking their first step into the media & creative industries and provides access to an established ecosystem and cutting-edge infrastructure to empower the growth of the emerging creative industries sector.

Community Hub is a unique collaborative, coworking space in Abu Dhabi, where creatives, freelancers & start-ups in the creative industries sector and established businesses can collaborate, advance ideas, and maximize the value they are generating.

The Yas Creative Hub is the home of the region’s largest community of game developers. The AD Gaming hub at the heart of this community is a free-to-use, dedicated work and collaboration space for all game developers in Abu Dhabi. A fully equipped, state of the Art facility designed with one thing in mind – the creation of awesome games. Through the partnership with Unity Technologies, the AD Gaming hub will house the region’s first Unity Centre of Excellence, equipped with game development PCs, multiple workstations, a demo room with chroma and VR setup.

Coworking spaces for SMEs. An all-encompassing area including 70 fully connected workstations with access to printers, meeting rooms, brainstorming spaces, lounge, vending machines and phone-booths.

A collaborative workspace that offers opportunities for freelancers, entrepreneurs and creators to plug in and get to work. The space has access to 10 workstations, printers, and lockers.
